Sell For Real Money, Not A Guess
Sell Your Video Games for Cash
Games & consoles tier by comp value. TCG singles comped $10+ pay 75% cash — lower under that, and bulk-lot commons under $1 price separately.
Cartridges, discs, consoles, and accessories — priced from a real market comp, then paid out at a locked rate we publish on every single page. 55% cash (up to 85% on high-value games) or 85% store credit, your choice, no exceptions for who’s asking.
A lot of “instant quote” sites type in a title and hand you a number with no explanation of where it came from. Ours works backward from a number you can check yourself — the comp is real, the rate is published, and the formula is identical for every item at its price point: a common platformer and a shelf grail just land on different tiers of the same locked math.

How we get to your offer
Four steps, and the only variable is the comp — never a person’s mood, never a “we’ll see what we can do.”
Tell us the title and platform
Games: title, platform, completeness. A few photos if you've got them handy. No account required to check a price.
CAT. #SELL-01We pull the real market comp
Not a guess, not a "market conditions" hand-wave — the actual recent sold-price benchmark for that exact title, platform, and completeness.
CAT. #SELL-02You see the locked math instantly
Comp × 55% cash (85% on high-value games) or comp × 85% credit, your choice. Same locked formula whether it's a $2 platformer or a $200 grail — the higher tier is math, not a mood.
CAT. #SELL-03Ship it in, get paid
We verify against your photos, then pay out. If we decline anything, it's mailed back at our cost — no restocking fee, no obligation.
CAT. #SELL-04The rate is locked. Nobody decides you look like a “70% kind of day.”
Cash offer: 55% of comp for games and consoles, stepping up to 85% automatically once a non-console game’s comp clears the high-value bar — 75% for TCG singles comped $10+ (up to 85% on cards comped $200+; lower published tiers under $10, and in bulk lots). Store credit pays 85% for games and consoles, stepping up to the full comp value on any game comping $30 or more, and 85% for TCG singles at that same $10+ bar. Those are the ONLY rates — no per-submission override, no manual discretion, and the high-value step-up is math, not someone eyeballing your item.
The comp itself is a real, sourced number too — not an internal estimate. See exactly how on How We Grade It, and what happens if we can’t use something on our Guarantee page — declined items go back to you at our cost, not yours.

Common questions
Selling Your Games
Any item with a comp on file qualifies, no minimum dollar threshold. Titles with no reliable comp data may be passed on. TCG singles comped at $10 or under pay a lower rate (50% cash / 75% credit instead of the standard 75%/85%), so for a handful of low-value cards it's usually worth bundling them into a bulk lot instead of mailing each one in individually. Inside a bulk lot specifically, cards comped under $1 pay a flat 25% cash with no credit option — that tier is built for near-worthless bulk commons, not a discount on anything worth submitting on its own.
All of it: consoles, games, and accessories, as long as it's retro hardware or software with a comp on file. We also buy TCG cards: Pokémon, Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and One Piece, raw or graded. One rate difference: consoles are priced at a flat 55% cash / 85% store credit no matter how high they comp — the 85% high-value bump is games-only.
CIB = Complete In Box (game, box, and manual all present). Loose = cartridge/disc only. Box-only and Manual-only are priced separately, since they're collected on their own.
The same condition standards TCGplayer and the rest of the industry use. Near Mint = no visible wear. Lightly Played = very minor edge or surface wear, still displays clean. Moderately Played = clearly visible scratches or whitening. Heavily Played = significant wear, but still intact. Damaged = structural damage: creases, tears, water damage. If your card is professionally graded (PSA, BGS, CGC), give us the company and the grade instead and we'll comp off that.
Yes — a sleeve or jewel case, not just the bare disc loose in the box. Discs shift around in transit and pick up scratches easily without something protecting them, and a disc that shows up overly scratched gets priced at that published condition rate instead of standard. Cartridges don't have this issue and are fine to ship loose.
Yes. Every item in a multi-item submission is reviewed and priced individually, so you can accept what works and decline what doesn't. There's no all-or-nothing requirement.
US and Canada for now. The form requires a US or Canadian shipping address; submissions from other countries aren't accepted. Email trades@cart-a-vision.com if you want to ask directly; we don't have a timeline for other countries to share yet.

No account, no obligation to ship. Just the comp and the math.
