When you submit a trade-in, we collect your contact info, payout preference, shipping address, and the photos and details you give us for each item. If you check the marketing box, we add your email to our list — never automatically. If you buy something, Shopify handles checkout, and we use your order info afterward to send delivery and care emails. Store-credit lookups and price watchlist signups just need your email.

We only load the Meta Pixel for ad tracking after you accept cookies — it doesn’t run before that. We also run basic, cookieless site analytics. Your cart and sound preference are saved to your browser’s local storage, not sent to us.

We don’t sell your data. We share it with the vendors that run this site: hosting and infrastructure providers, payment and order processing, email delivery, pricing data providers, and our AI chat support tool.

We keep trade-in and order records as long as we reasonably need them for accounting and fraud prevention, and delete them on request where we’re not required to keep them.

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email you get.
• Ask us to see, correct, or delete your data — just email us.

This site is not directed to children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
