Cart-A-Vision buys, sells, and trades retro video games and TCG cards. Trade-ins are priced from a real market comp using a published, locked rate formula — the same math for every submission, no per-person adjustment. Shop purchases are processed through our storefront checkout.

An offer generated by our tools is an estimate until your items are physically inspected. The final offer is based on the item actually received, not the initial submission. Once you accept a final offer, that trade-in is complete — see our Returns & Refund Policy for what happens if what arrives doesn’t match what was submitted.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to trade in items or place an order. Trade-in shipments are currently accepted from within the United States only.

Every item we sell is checked for authenticity before it’s listed. If something you buy from us turns out not to be authentic as described, it’s covered under our Guarantee. Beyond that guarantee, items are sold as described in their listing, with no other warranty, express or implied, regarding condition, fitness for a particular purpose, or merchantability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cart-A-Vision’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site, a trade-in, or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us or were paid by us for the item or order in question. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Trade-in shipments and outgoing orders are sent with tracked, insured shipping. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we’ll work it out under the carrier’s coverage — that risk isn’t on you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising under these terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Illinois.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
