Questions

The short answers.

How does store credit work?

Pick credit on any item when you trade in. It pays 85% of market value on standard games, against 55% in cash. The day your trade is paid, the credit lands on your account under the email you traded with, and we email you. There's no code to keep track of.

Does store credit expire?

No. Spend it all at once or a little at a time. Whatever's left stays on your account.

How do I spend my store credit?

Shop like normal. At checkout, sign in with the email you traded with (we send a 6-digit code), then tap Apply store credit. It covers games, shipping and tax.

Where can I see my balance?

In your Wallet, with every move your credit has made and what it covers in the shop right now. It also shows at checkout once you sign in.

Do carts paid with credit get anything extra?

Yes. When your credit covers the whole cart, carts from $15 get $1 off and carts from $25 get $2 off, applied automatically while you're signed in.

Can I combine cash and credit on one trade?

Yes. Pick cash or store credit item by item on the same trade-in. Each item pays its own rate in whichever you chose, and your offer adds up the cash and the credit separately.

Can I turn credit into cash later?

No. Credit pays more because it stays in the shop.

What if I return something I bought with credit?

The credit part of your refund goes back onto your account.
