You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, including any original cases, manuals, inserts, or accessories when applicable.

Authenticity Guarantee

Every game, console, and accessory is inspected before it ships. We verify authenticity using known production details, board inspections when necessary, and years of hands-on experience with retro hardware and software.

If you ever receive an item that you believe isn't authentic or doesn't match our listing, contact us immediately. We'll review it and, if we made a mistake, we'll cover the return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.

Tested & Verified

Unless clearly noted otherwise, all used hardware is tested for functionality before it leaves our shop. Cartridge games are cleaned and tested, optical discs are checked for readability, and consoles are verified to function as intended.

Refunds

Once your return is received and verified, refunds are typically issued within 2 business days to your original payment method.
