Do I need a password?
No. Enter your email and we send a 6-digit code. That's the whole sign-in, every time.
I've traded with you before. Where are my trades?
Sign in with the email you traded with. Your past trade-ins are already in Seller HQ.
Is it the same sign-in as checkout?
Yes. It's your Shopify customer account. Sign in at checkout with the same email and your trade credit is ready to apply.
Is a member the same as CAV Club?
No. Membership is open to everyone. CAV Club is invite-only and sits on top of it: cash when public spots are booked, a player number for good, and Rushes and bounties as they go live. Your first all-credit trade is the surest way to an invite.
Does membership cost anything?
No. It's free, with no fees, ever.
