Check Your Shelf: 10 Xbox 360 Games Worth Real Money in 2026
The HuntOctober 4, 2026 · 5 min read
Most Xbox 360 games are worth a few bucks. That's not an insult. They sold millions of copies, and millions of copies are still out there.
But a handful of them are worth real money. Some are worth more than the console they came with.
And a lot of people have one sitting in a drawer and no idea.
So here are ten. Every number below comes off our Buy List as of October 4, 2026. That's what the game is worth, and what we pay for it. Not a guess. Not "up to." The actual offer.
Why These Games Are Worth Money
Almost every game on this list has the same story: it's delisted.
A lot of 360 games were built on licenses. Marvel, Transformers, movie tie-ins. When the license ran out, the game came off the digital store. No more downloads, no more re-releases. If you want to play it today, you need the disc.
So the disc is the only copy left. And the people who want to play it are all looking for the same few copies.
The rest are cult games with small print runs. Fewer copies made, more people who remember them fondly. Same result.
Marvel Ultimate Alliance, Gold Edition
The top of the list, and it's not close.
Delisted years ago, and the Gold Edition bundles the game with all of its extra content on one disc. That's the version collectors want.
- Disc only: worth $165.00. We pay $140.25 cash or $165.00 store credit.
- Complete in box: worth $216.41. We pay $183.95 cash or $216.41 credit.
Check the cover. The regular edition is worth a lot less. It has to say Gold Edition.
Spider-Man: Web of Shadows
The black suit, an open city, and a story where you choose who Spidey turns into. One of the better superhero games on the system, and long gone from the store.
- Disc only: worth $108.60. We pay $92.31 cash or $108.60 credit.
- Complete in box: worth $138.20. We pay $117.47 cash or $138.20 credit.
X-Men Origins: Wolverine
A movie tie-in that turned out to be good, which almost never happens. It's brutal, it's fast, and it plays better than the movie it was based on.
- Disc only: worth $99.97. We pay $74.98 cash or $99.97 credit.
- Complete in box: worth $138.36. We pay $117.61 cash or $138.36 credit.
50 Cent: Blood on the Sand
Yes, really. A third-person shooter starring 50 Cent, and it's a cult favorite with a small print run.
- Disc only: worth $99.99. We pay $74.99 cash or $99.99 credit.
- Complete in box: worth $122.46. We pay $104.09 cash or $122.46 credit.
Transformers: War for Cybertron
The Transformers game fans still point to as the best one. Delisted, and the 360 copy is one of the main ways left to play it.
- Disc only: worth $87.50. We pay $65.63 cash or $87.50 credit.
- Complete in box: worth $99.99. We pay $74.99 cash or $99.99 credit.
Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions
Four Spider-Men across four universes, each with its own art style. Another licensed game that left the store.
- Disc only: worth $84.98. We pay $63.74 cash or $84.98 credit.
- Complete in box: worth $106.31. We pay $90.36 cash or $106.31 credit.
Spider-Man: Edge of Time
The follow-up to Shattered Dimensions. Same story: licensed, delisted, disc only now.
- Disc only: worth $79.92. We pay $59.94 cash or $79.92 credit.
- Complete in box: worth $112.50. We pay $95.63 cash or $112.50 credit.
That's three Spider-Man games on one list. If you had a 360 between 2008 and 2011, check for all three.
Silent Hill: Downpour
The last new Silent Hill on a home console for more than a decade. Mixed reviews when it came out, a cult following now.
- Disc only: worth $55.00. We pay $46.75 cash or $55.00 credit.
- Complete in box: worth $72.63. We pay $61.74 cash or $72.63 credit.
The Simpsons Game
The one everybody's cousin had. It's funny, it makes fun of other games, and it's never been re-released.
- Disc only: worth $49.94. We pay $37.46 cash or $49.94 credit.
- Complete in box: worth $69.99. We pay $52.49 cash or $69.99 credit.
Deadpool
Loud, crude, and exactly what a Deadpool game should be. The 360 disc is worth more than a lot of brand-new games.
- Disc only: worth $42.21. We pay $31.66 cash or $42.21 credit.
- Complete in box: worth $61.56. We pay $46.17 cash or $61.56 credit.
How to Check What Yours Is Worth
Three things change the number:
Complete beats loose. Case, cover art, and manual all add up. On this list, a complete copy is worth between $12 and $51 more than the disc alone. If you have the case, send the case.
Edition matters. Gold Edition, Limited Edition, Platinum Hits. These are different games as far as value goes. Read the cover before you look up a price.
The disc has to play. A scratched disc isn't the end. We resurface discs, and our condition rates show exactly what a scratch costs before you ship. A disc that can't be fixed to play is worth $0. We'll tell you that straight.
Prices move. These were true on October 4, 2026. Before you send anything, look it up on our Buy List for today's number.
Why We Show You This
Most places that buy games won't tell you what a game is worth. They'll just make you an offer and hope you don't check.
We do it the other way. Every rate is public. The offer you see on screen is the offer you get. That's the whole idea.
So if one of these is on your shelf, you know what it's worth now. Sell it to us, sell it somewhere else, or keep playing it. Your call.
If you want to sell it, get a live offer. Shipping's on us.
